Ethical Channel
The Ethics Channel is a communication tool that allows ELTEX employees and collaborators, as well as third parties, to inform the Ethics Committee of any breach of the law, the Code of Ethics or the internal regulations established by it.
ELTEX considers it necessary to carry out its activities in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory compliance and for this reason it defined an Ethical Code. The purpose of this document is to establish the values, commitments and principles of action that should guide the daily work of all employees, managers and members of their decision-making bodies.

In addition, following the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20 (“Whistleblower Protection Act”), a procedure is provided for Complaints channel (regulation in the attachment), which defines the general principles defended by ELTEX and which regulates the reception, processing, registration, investigation and response of communications received through the channel that you can access at the bottom of this page.
ELTEX actively promotes the knowledge, understanding and compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and other internal regulations deriving from it.
