(hereinafter, ELTEX), in accordance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection, informs users of the website https://eltex.es/ (hereinafter, the Website) of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by the User when accessing the website.

2. To whom this policy applies
This policy applies to anyone who provides their data through the forms on eltex.es or Eltex's landing pages: free study requests, contact forms, and any other data collection point on our digital channels.
If you are a registered collaborator on the Eltex Allies platform, your specific privacy policy is included in the Collaboration Agreement you accepted upon registration.
3. Data we process, purpose, and legal basis
3.1. Request for a free study or contact
- Name, phone number, and optionally, email and province.
- Information about the home or planned installation (surface area, consumption, type of heating, etc.).

3.2 Customer Management
If you formalize an installation with Eltex, we also process the data necessary for the execution of the contract, the management of after-sales service, and compliance with legal obligations (warranties, technical documentation, tax obligations).

5. Recipients
Eltex does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for its own commercial purposes. Data may only be communicated to:
- HubSpot Ireland Limited, as the CRM processor (with a formalized DPA).
- Eltex's collaborating installation companies, exclusively for the execution of the contracted installation.
- AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) and other public administrations, due to legal obligation.
- Technical providers under a data processing agreement with confidentiality guarantees.
6. Your Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection at any time by writing to privacidad@eltex.es with the subject line «Derechos RGPD» and a copy of your identification document. Eltex will respond within a maximum period of one month.
If you do not receive a response or believe your request has not been handled correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
